Seasonal Check-ups -
Your residential comfort system is inspected and serviced twice a year, prior to the heating and cooling seasons. As a result, your system provides many additional years of safe, efficient, and reliable service.

Points of service
Gas Furnace 12 Point Check
• Heat exchanger condition will be examined and noted
• Safeties will be checked for proper operation, including blower door interlock switch
• Burners will be cleaned
• Visually inspect furnace combustion
• Thermocouple will be checked
• Pilot flame will be checked
• Flame proving rod will be cleaned
• Flue drafts on furnace and water heater will be checked
• Flue pipes will be checked
• Inspect air filter and replace if necessary (customer to provide)
• Inspect indoor blower motor
• Thermostat will be cycled through each mode of operation
• Check temperature rise across furnace heat exchanger per manufacturers specification
Air Conditioning 15 Point Check
Outdoor
• Clean and inspect condenser coil
• Inspect outdoor fan motor, oil if necessary
• Inspect contactors, relays and electrical connections
• Check disconnect for proper and safe operation
• Check refrigerant level
• Check temperature of key components
• Crankcase heater will be tested
• Check line dryers for restrictions
Indoor
• Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
• Inspect indoor blower motor, oil if necessary
• Inspect and adjust belts and pulleys as needed
• Inspect air filters and replace if necessary (customer to provide)
• Remove drain hose and clean for proper draining
• Cycle thermostat operation and calibrate if necessary
• Check main and low voltage wiring for safety
